Ward fourth in Harvest Hustle at Marshalltown Speedway
Tim Ward took on the high banks of Marshalltown Speedway over the weekend during the two-day Fast Shafts Harvest Hustle on the High Banks.
Friday’s dual heat races set the stage for Saturday’s main event, and Ward impressed by moving forward in both — charging from fifth to second in the first round and from sixth to first in the second.
Lining up fourth for Saturday’s $4,000-to-win A-Main, Ward drove the Doug and Amy Eckrich-owned No. 151 Performer Chassis Modified to a steady fourth-place finish, capping a strong weekend effort.
